ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN I (ARC60208)

In this module, students will learn to execute the basic design process by exploring different sources and by understanding important architectural terminologies. Students will grasp the ability to identify basic design elements and principles, and further transform them into space and form with the implementation of ergonomics and anthropometrics. Students will also need to study tectonics and the materiality of the structure to further enhance the user's spatial experience and reaction. Along the learning process, students are required to produce quality drawings and present decent workmanship of model-making.
